At SPSSAnalysisHelp.com, we are committed to delivering accurate, reliable, and high-quality statistical analysis for research, dissertations, theses, assignments, and professional projects. This Revision Policy explains how revision requests are handled after the delivery of completed work. It works together with our Terms and Conditions, Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy.

Revisions are intended to refine, clarify, or correct work based strictly on the original instructions provided when the order was placed.

Last Updated: 09/03/2026

1. Relationship Between Revisions and Refunds

Before a refund request related to quality can be considered:

  • The client must first allow a reasonable opportunity for revision.
  • Refund requests related to quality concerns will only be reviewed after the revision process has been attempted.
  • Refusal to allow revisions may void eligibility for a refund.

This policy ensures fairness and gives our team the opportunity to address concerns professionally.

2. Free Revision Eligibility

Clients qualify for free revisions if the following conditions are met:

  • The revision request is submitted within 14 days of delivery.
  • For large research projects such as a full dissertation analysis, the revision window may extend to 30 days.
  • The request strictly follows the original order instructions.
  • No new dataset, variables, hypotheses, or statistical methods are introduced.
  • The original dataset remains unchanged.

Free revisions are intended to correct deviations from the agreed instructions — not to expand the scope of work.

3. What Is Covered Under Free Revisions

Free revisions may include:

  • Clarification or improvement of statistical interpretations
  • Corrections of calculation or computational errors
  • Adjustments to tables, charts, and SPSS outputs
  • Minor formatting changes (APA, Harvard, MLA, etc.)
  • Addressing supervisor comments that align with the original instructions
  • Fixing minor omissions clearly included in the original project brief

Our goal is to ensure that the final analysis aligns with the agreed research objectives and statistical procedures.

4. What Is Not Covered (Scope Changes)

The following are considered new work and may require additional payment:

  • Submission of a new or revised dataset
  • Addition of new variables, hypotheses, or research questions
  • Changing the statistical method after delivery
  • Expanding the analysis beyond the original scope
  • New supervisor requirements that significantly alter the analysis
  • Revision requests submitted after the allowed revision period

If additional work is required, we will provide a separate quote before proceeding.

5. Revision Turnaround Times

Typical revision timelines are:

  • 24–72 hours for minor revisions or clarification requests
  • 3–5 business days for moderate statistical revisions
  • Large dissertation or thesis revisions may require additional time, depending on complexity

Clients should allow at least 36–72 hours for revision processing.

Delays in revision delivery do not automatically qualify for refunds.

6. Multiple Revision Requests

Multiple revision rounds are permitted within the revision period, provided:

  • The requests remain within the original instructions
  • The project scope is not expanded

To ensure faster processing, clients are encouraged to submit supervisor feedback in one organized request whenever possible.

7. Quality Disputes and Escalation

If a revision does not fully address a concern:

  • The issue may be escalated to our Quality Assurance team.
  • Clients must provide supporting documentation, such as supervisor comments or marked files.
  • Escalation requests must be submitted within 3 days of receiving the revised version.

Failure to provide supporting documentation within the specified timeframe may result in closure of the case.

8. Data Accuracy Responsibility

Clients are responsible for ensuring that:

  • Datasets provided are accurate and complete
  • Data files are readable and not corrupted
  • All necessary variables and documentation are included

SPSSAnalysisHelp.com is not responsible for errors resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, or corrupted datasets provided by the client.

9. Order Review Period

Clients are encouraged to review delivered work promptly.

  • Orders should be reviewed within 10 days of delivery.
  • If no revision request or concern is submitted during this period, the order may be considered approved and completed.

10. Good Faith Use of the Revision Process

The revision system must be used in good faith.

We reserve the right to decline excessive, repetitive, or unreasonable revision requests intended to:

  • Delay project completion
  • Avoid payment obligations
  • Manipulate refund eligibility

11. Final Note

Revisions are provided to ensure that the delivered work aligns with the original instructions and accepted statistical standards.

However, we do not guarantee specific grades, institutional approval, or publication outcomes, as these decisions are determined by academic institutions and supervisors.
