1. Money-Back Guarantee
You may qualify for a 100% refund under the following circumstances.
1.1 Duplicate or Erroneous Payment
If a client accidentally submits duplicate payments or identical orders, a full refund will be issued for the extra payment after verification.
1.2 Inability to Assign a Qualified Statistical Expert
If we are unable to assign a qualified statistician or data analyst capable of completing the requested statistical analysis, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid.
1.3 Significant Missed Deadline
If we fail to deliver the agreed work more than 120 hours after the confirmed deadline, and the delay is solely attributable to our team, the client may request a full refund.

1.4 Early Order Cancellation

6. Refund Request Timeframe

7. Dispute Resolution Process
If a dispute arises regarding delivered work:

- Additional clarification or documentation may be requested from the client.
Failure to provide requested information within 10 days may result in closure of the dispute without refund eligibility.
Resolution timelines may vary depending on the complexity of the project.
8. Revisions and Refund Eligibility
If a revision is approved, the expert will be given sufficient time to complete the requested corrections.
Typically, revision work requires 36–72 hours, depending on the complexity of the statistical analysis.
Delays related to the revision process do not qualify for refunds.
9. Copyright and Usage Policy
If a full refund is granted:
- The client may not use the delivered work
- All intellectual property rights revert to SPSSAnalysisHelp.com
Unauthorized use of refunded materials may result in legal action.
10. Non-Eligible Refund Situations
Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:
- The claim is submitted outside the refund period
- The client fails to provide the required evidence
- The order has already been approved
